In a short period, Pirate Stereo have been causing quite a stir in Miami. Being featured in many of the city's best parties alongside top artists, and known for bringing a unique kind of funk to any celebration, they've quickly managed to become local favorites. In the spirit of that, Pirate Stereo's WMC launch event will serve as a release party for new original material by the duo as well as to showcase Miami's best and hottest upstarts. As a special treat for concert-goers, the duo have invited Ayad (Synth/Samples) and Jeff (Bass) of Passion Pit to perform a special DJ Set at the party following the band's debut at Ultra Music Festival that same night.
No detail was spared in securing a very special space for this festive occasion. A Safe House. A place suitable for hiding seasoned veterans of Winter Music Conference and novices aike; a location where party-goers can be truly free. The safe house is located directly adjacent to Club Space and Nocturnal, it is within walking distance from Ultra Music Festival, and best of all, it has been outfitted with state of the art lighting and sound for the release.
With many of Miami's top hosts and promoters already in play for the week's freshest and hottest line-up, this will undoubtedly be one of the most anticipated... and heralded parties of WMC.
